Delete your Goodness Chain account and data

This page explains how to delete your Goodness Chain — Good Deeds (İyilik Zinciri, com.goodnessgarden.app) account and everything stored with it. You can do this at any time, and you do not need to contact us first.
1. Delete inside the app (recommended)
- Open Goodness Chain
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete account and confirm
The account and the data listed below are removed permanently. Deletion completes within 30 days at the latest.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can no longer open the app, email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject Account Deletion Request. We complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account record (email or anonymous identifier, display name, sign-in identifiers)
- Your kindness entries, chains, proof photos and receipts
- Approximate (city-level) area data attached to your entries
- Notification tokens and preferences
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and billing records required by law and by the app stores — kept only as long as the law requires, then removed.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.
